Confidential - This company is a major key player in extrusion of fibre filament in Europe with head offices in Italy (Milan area). It is specialized in the development and production of high-quality monofilaments for diversified applications in different fields such as: filtration, industry, fishing, weaved belt, etc. . The company is constantly developing new products and collaborating with its customers to serve them with high standard quality and quantity, according to their request.  For the company we are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Manager who is able to work at least 2 days a week in Italy (Milan area) and has the following characteristics:

Key Responsibilities  

  • Motivating, developing and coaching the Sales Team, for Europe and new potential markets worldwide
  • Develop new product "concrete fiber" sales structure
  • Follow-up and deliver the targeted sales
  • Define market level prices in line with Company requests
  • Monitor the needs of the team and of the customers and make sure these needs are followed up on HQ level
  • Monitor the competition and share valuable info with the internal organization
  • Follow-up on and align marketing activities to support sales
  • Report regularly to the Managing Director
Key Qualifications 
  • Technical know-how of concrete fibreproduct application
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Experience with the technical aspects of concrete fibers
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Commercial talent
  • Excellent English skills
