HR Officer
 
Key Responsibilities

           

  • Ensure all HR files, and master data in the system are up to date
  • Maintain the HR dashboard (headcounts, financial information,…)
  • Ensure that the time recording system & badges are available and well-functioning
  • Recruit temporary workers in close collaboration with temp agencies and support the recruitment of all other vacant positions to ensure qualified workers are hired
  • Execute onboarding of all temporary workers
  • Create Purchase Requests for the approval process of HR related invoices
  • Provide administrative support for all HR related topics
  • Participate in HR related projects

Key Qualifications
 
  • Bachelor degree in Business, HR, Law or related fields
  • Knowledge of Belgian social law
  • Team player, result oriented, focused
  • Good in French, Dutch and English
