For the Corporate Quality department, we are looking for a:


Key Responsibilities

  • Handling of general customer related quality information like product sheets, customer specifications and general quality statements at corporate level
  • Actively steer new business development projects from a quality and food safety point of view.  This includes developing the HACCP study, process descriptions and customer information for newly developed products
  • Selection and follow up of Toll Manufacturing partners
  • Act as the corporate expert for Kosher, Halal, Organic and SMETA certifications.
  • Member of the BENEO internal auditors’ team

Key Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in industrial sciences, Bio-Engineering, Bio-Chemistry, Food Technology or experience in a similar position
  • A first professional experience
  • Experience with food quality in a production environment
  • Good communication skills in English other languages such as French, Dutch, German or Spanish are an advantage
  • Knowledge of HACCP and GFSI food safety standards
  • Being able to visit other BENEO sites and toll manufacturers
