Supply & Sales Administration Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, organize, and optimize all supply chain and sales administration activities
  • Drive & challenge where needed the mid- and long-term plans (i.e. Production and Sales) to formulate a demand and supply plan for the assigned plants, regions and portfolio.
  • Optimize the supply chain processes by pooling the capacity of all vendors and balancing the demand between the different plants and warehouse locations
  • Manage the Sales Administration Team (4FTE)
  • Propose and manage logistical flows
  • Analyze and implement supply chain process improvements
  • Strengthen and streamline supply chain and OTC processes and implement processes for new ingredients
  • Provide on time and complete reporting to ensure optimal information flow
  • Ensure follow-up of Third-Party Logistics (3PL) to guarantee adequate inventory management and respect of framework agreements

Key Qualifications


  • Master’s degree in Commercial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Bio engineering, Chemical Engineering, …
  • 5-8 years’ experience with similar tasks and people management
  • Experience in SAP Material Management and Sales and Distribution or a similar ERP package
  • Experience in Food Industry is an advantage
  • Good customer orientation with sense of humor
  • Fluent in English, other languages such as Dutch, French and German are an asset
