For an international company near Awans, we are searching for an experienced and multilingual:
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT to the Managing Director
Key Responsibilities
Working in team with the Managing Director Operations to provide high quality, confidential secretarial and administrative support. Your most important tasks are:
- Represent indirectly the Managing Director Operatons and be a role model in general
- Organize the agenda and provide an optimal planning
- Coordinate meetings: set up timeline, distribute meeting notifications, correspondence, write meeting minutes,…
- Prepare documents, reports and PowerPoint presentations
- Update KPI dashboards
- Maintain an efficient data management system, to ensure all information is up-to-date and stored correctly
- Carry out specific projects to optimally support the Managing Director
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or several years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of English and French, knowledge of German and/or Dutch is an advantage
- Strong and diplomatic communication skills dealing with different cultures
- Highly organized team player with good attention to detail
