Sales Manager Belgium

 Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for meeting the sales targets by motivating and coaching the team of Account Managers (4), one specification sales lead (1) and the Internal Sales team
  • At the start you will also work as Account Manager for East- and West-Flanders and North of Brussels. In this role you will promote the Aliaxis products towards existing customers (wholesalers, resellers, project developers,…) and new potential clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from several departments: Customer Service, Shipping, After Sales, Marketing and Controlling.
  • Report directly to the CEO
Key Qualifications 
  • Master or Bachelor in economics, communication, marketing or equivalent by experience
  • Experience in a senior commercial function
  • Interest or affinity with the Aliaxis products
  • Ambitious, dynamic and result oriented
  • You speak Dutch, English and French
